Check In

When you arrive on your performance day, a contest guide will be waiting to take your group to their assigned homeroom. Your guide will be with you and your group during your entire stay at WMS. They will have your schedule and will help you get from place to place on time. If your students are not arriving as a group, we ask that you have your students meet you in the Wiley’s Cafe. Once all your students are present, you may check in.

NOTE: If you direct multiple groups performing on the same day, please let us know if you are bringing them all together or if they will be arriving separately. If they are arriving separately, the director (or teacher in charge of group) still needs to check them in.
