Membership Meeting Minutes
Thank you to everyone who attended the Membership meeting on Sept. 16th. We are thrilled with the active participation of our membership and appreciate you taking the time to attend and contribute your ideas for making this organization better every year. Click to read the meeting minutes.
If you haven’t done so, please take a moment to update your membership information, even if nothing has changed. This will help us to efficiently keep track of our membership.
Event Registration
It’s time to register for all events! Please be sure to read the Rules & Procedures carefully and feel free to email us with questions.
Once you have registered, be sure to print out your registration from the website so you have a copy and use that to fill out the Participation Invoice. Print out the invoice and send it with your check (or copy of your check request) to nimusicconference@gmail.com. Checks should be mailed to Sara Kumpala, NIMCon Treasurer.
Please be considerate of the Dec. 1st deadline and set an earlier deadline for your students to sign up with you for Solo and Ensemble Contest. We will not accept late entries. Please note that this year, Dec. 1st is the Sunday after Thanksgiving. If you will have an issue with this deadline, please contact us by email.

Art Hildebrand Music Invitational
This year’s Invitational will take place during the school day on March 10-12th. The cost is $65 per group and includes a performance in the brand-new state of the art auditorium at Sunset Ridge School, and clinic and comments by a respected director/judge. Click for more information. Contact Hilary Logan at: loganh@sunsetridge29.org to reserve your spot.
Updated host rotation
Please check out the updated Host Rotation schedule to see when your school is scheduled next to host either Solo & Ensemble Contest or Music Festival. If you are designated a “Co-host school”, your school may be asked to assist with hosting responsibilities but not physically host the event.
